In 2020, our lifestyles faced a major turning point due to the spread of COVID-19.
Since contact between people increases the risk of spreading the infection, we have limited outings and stayed home longer. As a result, entertainment to enrich our stay-home time has become more important than ever.
However, the importance of connecting people remains the same.
While maximizing the convenience of a remote environment, we are reaffirming the value of face-to-face contact.
In this new normal era, innovations such as overturning the conventional concepts and creating new value have been made.
As entertainment developers, in order to consciously make progress, we have decided to set the CEDEC theme for 2021 to “SHIFT YOUR PARADIGM.”
Under the current situation, CEDEC 2021 will be held online as it was last year.
Nevertheless, we look forward to sharing knowledge and exchanging opinions on new challenges and initiatives, and wish to vitalize the industry together.
