Following 2024, CEDEC 2025 was held as a fully hybrid event, featuring 227 sessions over three days and attracting 10,320 participants. We were also supported by 62 sponsoring companies. For CEDEC 2026, we plan to continue the hybrid format, leveraging the advantages of both on-site and online participation to further accelerate knowledge sharing and technical exchange in game development.
For CEDEC 2026, we will continue to offer sponsorship programs tailored to both in-person and online formats, providing valuable business opportunities for all participants. We sincerely invite you to consider sponsoring and supporting CEDEC.1
The first application deadline (early application deadline) is Tuesday, March 31, and the final deadline is Monday, June 1 (excluding some program options).

Prohibited Content for Exhibitions, Presentations, and Advertisements
Advertisements Related to Anti-Social Activities
Advertisements or promotional activities that violate applicable laws and regulations are strictly prohibited. In addition, advertisements related to the following are not permitted:
- Gambling or games of chance
- Alcoholic beverages or tobacco products
- Illegal drugs
- Adult content
- Consumer finance services
- Weapons or armaments
Recruitment-Oriented Exhibitions, Presentations, or Advertisements
Exhibitions, presentations, or advertisements intended primarily for
recruitment purposes,including
career change services and recruiting activities,are not permitted.

Global Event Compliance Policy
All participants are required to comply with the Global Event Compliance Policy established by the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA).

CESA Member Pricing
CEDEC offers
special pricing for members of the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA).
Except for some programs, both
member pricingand
standard pricingare available.
In the fee section on each program detail page,
"Member" refers to companies that are members of the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA).

Please note that
membership must be completed by May 1in order to qualify for member pricing. Therefore, companies wishing to join CESA are requested to notify the Secretariat of their intention
by the end of March.
Membership procedures are considered complete once the membership fee payment has been received.
